Terms of Service

The short version

Timeslice gives your tasks an AI agent that does the work. You get a number of agent runs each month. Your content is yours. The agent is capable but not infallible, so check anything that matters before acting on it. Cancel whenever you like.

Who you are agreeing with

These terms are between you and Timeslice LLC, 724 14th Ave W, Kirkland WA 98033, United States. Using Timeslice means accepting them.

Your account

You need an account, and you sign in with Google or Apple. Keep that sign-in secure, because anyone with it has your tasks. You must be 13 or older.

Plans, runs and billing

• Free includes 25 agent runs a month, one at a time. Individual is $20 a month or $180 a year and includes 400 runs a month, three at a time.
• A run is one go at a task by the agent. A run that does an unusually large amount of work counts as more than one, and the app shows you how many each task used.
• Runs reset at the start of each billing period and do not carry over. If you need more before then, you can buy 100 additional runs for $5.
• Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled. Cancel any time from your account page and you keep what you paid for until the period ends.
• Bought through the App Store instead? Apple handles that billing, and you manage or cancel it in your Apple ID subscription settings.
• Prices can change. Existing subscribers get notice before a change affects them.

What the agent may do on your behalf

Starting an agent asks it to act for you. It can read and write the task it is working on, browse public web pages, and use the tools your plan includes. It runs in an isolated sandbox and has no access to your device, your files or your other accounts.

You can set whether the agent asks before taking actions or works freely. If you tell it to work freely, it will, and you are responsible for what you have asked it to do.

The agent can be wrong

Agent output is generated by an AI model. It can be incomplete, out of date or simply mistaken, and it will sometimes state something wrong confidently. Timeslice is a tool for getting work started and moved along, not a substitute for professional advice. Check anything that carries money, health, legal or safety consequences before you act on it.

Your content

Your tasks, canvases, files and the agent's output on them belong to you. We claim no ownership. We store and process them only to run the service, as described in the Privacy Policy, and we do not use your content to train AI models or permit our providers to.

Fair use

Do not use Timeslice to:

• break the law, or help someone else do it
• attack, scrape abusively, or interfere with other people's systems
• mine cryptocurrency, proxy traffic, or otherwise use agent runs as general-purpose compute
• generate content that harms or harasses people
• work around the run allowance, for instance by creating multiple accounts

We can suspend an account doing any of these. Where it is not obviously deliberate we will say what the problem is first.

Availability

Timeslice is provided as it is, without a guaranteed uptime commitment. We will not deliberately break it, but things do go down.

Liability

To the extent the law allows, Timeslice LLC is not liable for indirect or consequential losses, and our total liability is limited to what you paid us in the twelve months before the claim. Nothing here limits liability that cannot legally be limited.

Ending it

Delete your account from the account page whenever you want; it removes your data and cancels any subscription. We can close an account that breaks these terms.

Changes

These terms can change. The date at the top moves, and material changes are announced in the app before they take effect.

Law

Washington State law governs these terms, and the courts of King County, Washington have jurisdiction.
