My task is stuck on “waiting for a free slot”

It is queued, not lost. Runs execute on our servers and there is a limit on how many of yours run at once, so a new one waits for a slot rather than being refused. Nothing you typed has been dropped. Closing the app does not stop a run, and reloading starts a second one behind the first, which makes the wait longer rather than shorter.

I ran out of runs

Every plan includes a number of agent runs each month, shown on your account page along with the date they reset. Free accounts include 25. Timeslice Individual includes 400 for $20 a month, and subscribers can add 100 more for $5 at any time. You can also earn extra runs permanently by inviting people: both of you get more, and the link is on your account page.

How do I cancel?

If you subscribed on the web, open your account page and choose Manage subscription, which opens Stripe’s billing portal. If you subscribed on an iPhone, Apple holds the subscription: open Settings, tap your name, then Subscriptions. Cancelling always leaves the plan running until the end of the period you have already paid for.

I was charged twice

This happens if you subscribed on the web and again on an iPhone, since the two stores do not know about each other. Your account page says so plainly when it detects it. We do not cancel either one on your behalf, because only you can choose which to keep. Cancel whichever you prefer and write to us if the timing left you out of pocket.

Delete my account

Your account page has a Delete account button that removes your tasks, their contents, anything the agent remembered about you, and the account itself. It cannot be undone and it does not require writing to us.

Something else

Write to support@timeslice.ai and say what happened and roughly when. If it concerns one task, the link to that task is the single most useful thing you can include.
