Write the task.
It comes back done.

Every task on your board gets its own AI agent. It searches, reads, writes and builds while you do something else. The finished work lands in the task, ready for you to edit.

Free to start with 25 agent runs a month. No card needed.Seats open a few at a time. Sign in to ask for one.

Use it on the web today. The iPhone app is coming soon.

Things people put on the board

  • Read these three contracts and list every date I owe somebody something.
  • Every Sunday, plan the week of dinners for a family of four.
  • Check the price of these headphones again tomorrow morning.
  • Build a tracker for the team reading challenge.
  • Turn last quarter's CSV into a chart and tell me what changed.
  • Draft the investor update from my notes, in my voice.

How is this different from a chatbot?

Your to-do list is the interface

Write a line the way you already do. Each item carries its own agent, so the list you keep your work in is the same place the work gets done.

Several at once, without you

Start a few tasks and put the phone down. Individual runs three at a time and Free runs one, and finished work lands on your board while you are somewhere else.

The work stays with the task

Each task keeps its own document, its history and its files. Weeks later, what came of it is a glance at the item.

It uses tools, and shows its work

The agent searches, reads pages, runs code and writes the result into the document.

Every step is on screen while it happens, so you can stop it, correct it or let it run.

Start several, then close the laptop

On Free and Individual, tasks run on our servers. Individual runs three at once, and Free runs one at a time.

They keep going after you close the tab, and each one lands on your board when it finishes.

The board with several tasks running at once

It comes back when it said it would

Ask an agent to check again tomorrow at 9 and it will, with nothing left running in the meantime.

A repeating task returns on its own schedule and can start its agent the same morning.

Apps inside the document

Ask for a tracker, a poll or a small game, and the agent builds it into the task.

Everyone you share the page with uses the same live copy.

Prioritize the whole board in one tap

Tasks about the same thing merge into one, and the board reorders from easy to hard.

Pinned tasks stay put, and Undo puts everything back.

Give a task a character

Pick Pip, Maple, Moss, Tide, Plum or Bolt for any task, in place of a colour.

The character sits before the title and shows whether the task is resting, working, waiting for you or done.

Open the task and a larger one greets you at the top of the page.

And the rest of it

Talk to it

Individual includes 120 minutes of live voice a month. Talk to a task and its agent does the work.

It knows who you are

Tell it about yourself once. Every agent reads it, and you can edit what it remembers.

Big work splits up

An agent can break a job into subtasks. Each subtask gets its own agent.

Share a page

Send a link. Anyone with it can read and edit the document without an account.

A dot when there is news

An unread dot shows when an agent has said something new. Reading it anywhere clears it everywhere.

Video and timelines

YouTube links play inside the document. Dates can come back as a timeline.

Three ways to read a task

Show the document, the chat, or both side by side.

Coming to iPhone

Reply to an agent from its notification. Start a task from up to five photos, and edit the document on the go.

Run it on your own Mac

Work runs every task on your Mac, on your own Claude or ChatGPT subscription.

Runs are unlimited, and your board is encrypted so only your devices can read it.

  • Press one key to turn the front window or part of the screen into a task.
  • Agents can use the apps on your Mac without taking over your mouse.
  • You choose whether each action asks you first.

Questions people ask before signing up

What happens when I run out of runs?
Nothing breaks. The board, your documents and everything you have already made stay exactly as they are, and new runs wait until the month resets or you upgrade. Nothing is deleted.
Is my data used to train models?
No. Your tasks and documents are not used as training data. We count visits and a few steps such as signing up, under an account number, to see what works. That never includes what is in your tasks, and nothing is counted from a Work account.
Which model does the work?
Free and Individual run on one fast, current model that we choose and keep up to date. Paid runs go deeper before they stop, which is most of what you are paying for. On Work you choose the model from your own subscription.
What can the agent do on the internet?
It searches the web, opens pages, runs code and writes the result into your document. On Free and Individual it never buys anything and never signs in to your accounts. On Work it runs on your Mac and uses the tools you allow.
Can I use it on my phone?
Use it on the web today. The iPhone app is coming soon. Both use the same account.
What is Work?
Work runs your tasks on your own Mac with your own Claude or ChatGPT subscription, for the same price as Individual. Your board is encrypted so only your devices can read it.
Can I cancel?
Any time, from the account page, and you keep everything you have made. If you subscribed in the iPhone app, cancel in your iPhone's Settings. The plan runs to the end of the period you paid for.
Do I need a credit card to start?
No. The free plan takes no card at all.
